Crew is where everyone begins. The roles that come after are not options on a menu. They are what emerges after you have shown up, more than once, and it became clear where you fit.
A 20-minute conversation. No pressure, no pitch. We want to know your story and where you already live, work, or worship. You will leave knowing exactly what Studio looks like.
A facilitated session, done alongside a small group. This is where the Discovery Bible Study method gets explained and practiced, not just described.
You join a Crew: a Discovery Bible Study running in a living room, a cafe, wherever your neighbors already gather. This is a micro-church, not a classroom. It meets on a rhythm, in a real place, with real people you already know.
After real, consistent participation in a Crew — not attendance at one meeting — a Crew member may step into a geographic-focus role: Connector, Champion, or Catalyst. These are chosen, not claimed. Three additional roles — Chaplain, Coordinator, and Coaches — are appointed to support the people in those roles. Nobody assigns themselves a title on day one.
